I am a lecturer in Forensic Investigation and the Head of Foundation Year. I have worked at CCCU since 2015 and am also studying for my PhD on the use of spatio-temporal mapping of electrical fire incidents to target fire prevention, alongside Kent Fire and Rescue Service. I teach and support the foundation year in forensic investigation, biology and chemistry as well as lecturing in forensic chemistry/fire investigation to other year groups. I have QTS and a background teaching in secondary science education. I am also a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, an Affiliate of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences and a Professional Affiliate of the Chartered College of Teaching.
